Responsibilities:
  • Processing, reviewing and distributing monthly and quarterly financial statements for assigned portfolio
  • Researching and answering questions from stakeholders and team members
  • Collaborating with Regional Managers in development of annual property budgets
  • Funding and analyzing various escrow accounts
  • Reviewing and approving draws for renovation projects
  • Managing cash flow for assigned portfolio and informing appropriate parties on any cash needs
  • Calculating and processing owner distributions
  • Ensuring mortgages are paid monthly
  • Assisting auditors with year-end requests for information
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
  • Two years general Accounting experience preferred
  • Real estate accounting experience preferred
  • OneSite accounting experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Excel preferred
Compensation* $55,000 - $65,000
*Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
