Summary: The corporate office in Fort Lauderdale for a national manufacturer is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk. This position is responsible for MRI full accounts payable cycle, in multi-system environment, to include compiling, maintaining, and processing of invoices for purchase order matching, approving, and posting and coding and processing of cost invoices. Responsibilities: * Print and distribute vendor checks and ACH payments/remittances * Collect suppliers" ACH bank information and assist with verbal confirmation of all bank information * Assist the entire Accounts Payable department * Assist in preparing documents to file sales and tax refund claims from state authorities * Perform other various clerical functions as needed Requirements: * A/P experience, accuracy in high-volume data entry * Experience working in a corporate/manufacturing setting is a plus * Proficient in MS Office/excel is a plus * Familiarity with ERP systems By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
