Position Summary Safe Haven Security is seeking a results-driven, skilled professional to join our corporate Accounts Receivable, Consumer Accounts team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. The successful candidate will review and audit account information, correct discrepancies, and ensure accounts are properly billed and payments are collected in a timely manner. In this role you will: Communicate with customers via phone and/or email, building positive customer relationships while handling any issue or concerns related to account status or payment information within 24 hours Create recurring invoices for customers to ensure timely payment Review system ticket queue and resolve all issues in a timely manner Handle cancellation of customer services and maintain accurate account documentation Audit financial sales slips Audit customer accounts to ensure accurate set up Conduct account research, analysis, and prepare reporting Assist with month end process Complete other duties assigned Why Join Safe Haven?
