To drive insurance sales through assigned bank branches within the cluster by managing relationship with bank partners, leading Banca Sales Managers (BSMs), and achieving revenue & business targets.
Drive life/health/general insurance sales through mapped bank branches.
Achieve cluster premium targets (APE/GWP/NOP as applicable).
Increase penetration and productivity per branch.
Plan and execute monthly/quarterly sales strategies.
Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Cluster Heads, Branch Managers & key bank officials.
Conduct regular joint sales calls and customer meetings.
Ensure high visibility in bank branches.
Resolve partner escalations and service issues.
Lead and manage Banca Sales Managers / Relationship Officers.
Recruit, train and mentor sales team members.
Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions.
Ensure team adherence to compliance and sales processes.
Conduct product and sales training for bank staff.
Drive activation of newly mapped branches.
Implement sales campaigns and incentive programs.
Promote cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines and company policies.
Maintain proper documentation and KYC compliance.
Monitor persistency and quality of business.
Control mis-selling and customer complaints.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Analyze branch-wise productivity and revenue trends.
