Job Description:
  1. Key Objective of the Job: To handle responsibilities mapped to profile of Area Credit Manager.
  • Handling and evaluating/ assessing CAM Note as well financial model submitted by Business Team
  • To prepare credit note / financial model with correct information (gathered via business team / public domain / other resources)
  • To be able to structure the transaction in a feasible manner complying with internal credit policy and regulatory framework.
  • To be able to capture critical analysis of the Business/ Promoters / Industry /financials and other specific risk w.r.t. particular transaction.
  • Also to be able to write /attend for the respective mitigates against each identified risk/weakness along with the sanction conditions/ recommendation.
  1. Major Deliverables:
  • To prepare the credit note comprising of the detailed transaction structuring/ assessment with a focus on the assessment part of the sought credit facility.
  • To perform the financial analysis in detail attending to all major movements in P&L & Balance sheet while ascertaining /citing the precise reason of such movement/ variance.
  • Well versed with working on excel based financial modelling and working on large excel sheets comprising of cash flows analysis being derived/interlinked from other sheets.
  • To be able critically evaluate the transaction risk, business & Financial risk of the borrower as well as industry risk involved in any given industry.
  • To identify relevant and associated risk as aforementioned and to submit appropriate mitigate against each.
