Job Details Job Details: We are seeking an Associate – Corporate Strategy to support executive leadership on strategic initiatives, financial analysis, and corporate development projects. This individual will help drive critical business decisions through financial modeling, market research, and executive-level presentations. Responsibilities: Build and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, capital allocation, and investment decisions. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify strategic opportunities. Prepare executive- and board-level presentations that clearly communicate recommendations and financial insights. Analyze business performance, portfolio opportunities, and long-term growth initiatives. Support mergers & acquisitions, strategic investments, and other special projects. Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, investor relations, and executive leadership on high-priority initiatives. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field with a strong academic record. 2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, Corporate Strategy, or another highly analytical environment. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. Advanced PowerPoint and presentation development skills with the ability to create executive-level materials. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly motivated, intellectually curious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
