Banking – BSA Program Head – OCC-Regulated Financial Institution – Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated BSA Program Head to lead our compliance team. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance within an OCC-regulated financial institution. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the institution’s BSA/AML/OFAC compliance program to ensure regulatory adherence and effective risk management.
