Medical Benefits 401k PTO Competitive pay Job Details Job Details: This individual must have: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA, MBA, or other relevant advanced credential At least 5 years' preferably 7 in a CFO position at a law firm Experience with Quick-books, ADP (payroll) and Clio would be a plus Finance leadership experience in a law firm or other professional-services environment Experience with trust accounting, client funds, matter-based billing, realization and utilization metrics, and coordination with counsel regarding professional-responsibility requirements Experience with event or conference budgeting and profitability reporting Experience integrating accounting, practice-management, billing, payroll, banking, and business-intelligence systems Experience supporting growth, process transformation, or finance-function scaling across multiple entities or business lines Interested in hearing more?
