As a Client Reporting Administrator, you’ll draw on your financial services experience to provide essential administration support across the firm’s client reporting activities. You’ll help maintain high standards of accuracy, service and regulatory compliance, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and support positive outcomes for clients in line with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty requirements.

What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Preparing Probate Valuations; assisting with stock research and completing final checks before issuing to clients.
  • Monitoring managed client reporting via the client reporting software system and managing workflows and delivery of reports.
  • Facilitate the production of all required scheduled reports for our clients including Investment Reports, Custody Statements, Cost Charges Disclosures and Tax Reports.
  • Facilitate client closure requests including the production of client closure reports.
  • Handling client calls regarding Closures and the myRB client portal.
  • Update internal systems and support our clients throughout the bereavement process.
  • Upholding client service standard levels, by actioning and monitoring internal and external queries via the telephone and email.
  • Reporting and remaining aware of any risks which may be detrimental to clients or to the firm’s reputation, which arise from inadequate procedures, systems or data handling.
  • To act to deliver fair outcomes, meeting Consumer Duty requirements around client service and to ensure compliance with the FCA requirements, the Branch Manual, Code of Conduct policies and T&C framework.

What we’re looking for

  • A-Level/Level 3 qualification with GCSEs grade A-C in English and Mathematics.
  • At least 12 months experience gained in a FCA regulated financial services environment.
  • An intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • An ability to use your own initiative and adapt to change.
  • Proven ability to handle and analyse complex information.
  • Good attention to detail and proven accuracy skills.
