Duties and Responsibilities | 1. PROGRAM PLANNING AND REPORTING Skills and ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Client (Media Agency) lifecycle management o Responsible for end-to-end journey of Media agencies with BFL which includes brands onboarding, conversion, contract signoff, Campaign run, Sharing Reverse Campaign analysis with Brands o Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with Advertisement agencies and Brand Aggregators o Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies. o Address Brand inquiries and concerns promptly. o Identify Brands upselling and cross-selling opportunities • Supporting Sales o Develop and implement effective advertising sales strategies by generating leads through outbound lead generation activities (emails, calls, social media etc.) o Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. o Map market for increase in month-on-month revenue, maintain funnel (Existing clients & new clients) o Work closely with Pre sales, creative, finance, campaigns, data teams. |
