Job Purpose | Responsible to build/ implement capabilities, leverage analytics, execute new initiatives, trainings, customer campaigns and improve processes to achieve business objectives and support business growth for Lifestyle finance Two-wheeler |
Duties and Responsibilities | 1. COE planning and review Scan the external environment (both domestic and international), identify best practices to conceptualize initiatives for developing capabilities emerging from the AOP/ LRS Analyze data to check validity/feasibility of initiatives and justify the logic of concepts; Design initiatives and support their implementation. Present proposals on initiatives and capability building to senior management to receive feedback and approval as part of the AOP. Define parameters to track progress of projects/ initiatives regularly and address the roadblocks faced by team during project implementation. 2. Process Management Office (PMO) Conceptualize the design statements for solutions based on business requirement (identified in AOP/LRS) like bringing down costs, TAT, increasing efficiency etc. Review the progress of process focused projects to improve process efficiency and effectiveness and provide guidance. 3. Partner Integration Scan market to identify potential partners to integrate with them for additional business opportunities Evaluate the response and enhance the customer journey for better customer experience 4. Team development Participate in recruitment process to identify the right talent at senior positions within the function Establish individual performance expectations and regularly review individual performance of the team Identify and create development opportunities, training, induction sessions for team members to enhance functional knowledge Design rewards and recognition programs for employees to keep them motivated |
