This is a production-based post-closing loan servicing role. Candidate will work through a high-volume production pipeline with established turnaround times (SLAs). Key Responsibilities Perform end-to-end commercial loan perfection reviews. Review various collateral types and secured assets. Process and review: UCC filings UCC continuations UCC amendments Historical UCC searches Collateral documentation Work assigned production queues. Meet daily/weekly productivity and SLA metrics. Escalate issues when documentation or collateral appears incorrect. Communicate updates with internal stakeholders. Required Experience Commercial loan servicing experience. Experience working in a production-driven environment. Knowledge of: Commercial loan servicing process Commercial collateral types UCC filings and lien perfection Ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
