This role offers broad exposure across financial reporting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, compliance, and operational accounting within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. High visibility role with direct exposure to ownership and executive leadership Opportunity to make an impact within a growing organization Broad operational accounting oversight Stable company with long-term growth potential Collaborative leadership team and strong culture Job Details Responsibilities Lead day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, cash management, and general ledger functions Oversee month-end close and preparation of financial reporting packages Ensure strong internal controls, financial accuracy, and compliance Partner with executive leadership on reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis Oversee payroll processing and vendor/payment workflows Maintain accurate customer billing and receivables processes Support audit preparation, compliance activities, and financial data integrity Help improve accounting procedures, reporting processes, and operational efficiencies Lead and mentor accounting staff while promoting accountability and team development Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field 5 years of Controller or senior-level accounting leadership experience Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting operations, and internal controls Experience overseeing AP, AR, payroll, and month-end close Construction, project-based, manufacturing, agriculture, or industrial industry experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills ERP/accounting systems experience preferred Interested in hearing more?
