Report directly to the CFO with real visibility into executive decision-making Lead a full accounting function across multiple affiliates Join a stable, established organization with over a century of operational history and no signs of slowing down Work alongside clinical and operational leaders who are nationally recognized in their field Make a meaningful impact at an organization where finance isn't an afterthought Job Details What You'll Own Day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation in accordance with GAAP Internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and financial integrity Budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning in partnership with the CFO Performance analysis across departments and service lines — identifying trends and recommending improvements Audit coordination and primary liaison with external auditors and regulatory bodies Payroll monitoring, reconciliation of cost allocations, withholdings, and liabilities Leadership, training, and performance management of the accounting team What We're Looking For 10 years of combined accounting and finance experience Healthcare/manufacturing billing and finance background strongly preferred Advanced degree in Accounting or MBA; CPA highly preferred Strong GAAP knowledge including Cash Basis accounting Experience with month-end/year-end close, financial statement preparation, and GL functions Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and operational leadership Interested in hearing more?
