Broad Accounting HR Leadership Exposure Highly Visible Role with Direct Executive Partnership Opportunity to Help Improve Processes & Operational Efficiencies Mix of Strategic Leadership Hands-On Operational Involvement Collaborative, Team-Oriented Environment Opportunity to Influence Both Financial & Workforce Strategy Job Details Responsibilities Oversee all accounting and financial operations including AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, and financial reporting Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis initiatives Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Coordinate audits, banking relationships, and compliance reporting Establish and maintain internal controls and operational procedures Lead Human Resources functions including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, and compliance Oversee compensation planning, performance management, and workforce initiatives Partner closely with executive leadership on strategic planning and organizational growth Help drive operational improvements, systems enhancements, and process efficiencies Qualifications 7 years of progressive accounting, finance, or operational leadership experience 3 years of Human Resources leadership or oversight experience Strong understanding of accounting, payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, and HR compliance Experience overseeing multi-department operations preferred CPA preferred but not required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience with accounting systems, payroll platforms, and HRIS systems preferred Interested in hearing more?
