Our client is looking for an experienced Plant Controller with strong Cost and Management Accounting expertise and proven experience within a plant or manufacturing environment.
 
If you have a strong understanding of BOMs, WIP, budgeting and forecasting and enjoy working closely with operations, this could be your next career move.

Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements
  • BComm Degree
  • 5+ years’ relevant experience
  • Cost & Management Accounting experience
  • Previous plant/manufacturing experience
  • Strong knowledge of BOM costing and WIP
  • Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
 Key Responsibilities
  • Manage plant cost and management accounting
  • Analyse production costs, variances and performance
  • Manage BOM costing and WIP
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial reports
  • Provide financial insights to support operational decisions
  • Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
  • Support month-end reporting and financial controls
