This role involves communicating with delinquent customers, negotiating payment arrangements, reviewing account histories, and helping customers resolve outstanding balances while maintaining positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate has strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience in customer service or collections.
