CREDIT QUALITY ANALYST

Position Details Pay Range: $30/hr - $32/hr Summary: • Clear and concise communication of quality assurance findings, to various management levels • Drive execution and prompt follow up on defect remediation; debate of disputes in a professional manner and in accordance with process and procedures • Partner with business teams and risk partners to identify upstream process control weaknesses and to propose process changes to enhance the control environment Desired skills: • Knowledge of Credit products and banking practices with Loan IQ or Stucky experience • Knowledge of credit / loan agreement language and pricing structure of documents • Understanding of banking of laws, rules, and regulations • Audit or compliance background is a plus Benefits: The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually – as applicable.
