No weekends. Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic Credit Union team in the Accounting and Finance industry. This role demands a unique blend of customer service skills, banking knowledge, and financial expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls, maintaining accounts, and cross-selling our services to meet our customers' needs. With a keen eye for detail, you will be entrusted with cash handling and ensuring all transactions are accurate and timely. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to all inbound calls in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize your keen understanding of our products and services to cross-sell to existing and potential customers. 3. Handle account maintenance tasks, ensuring all customer accounts are up-to-date and accurate. 4. Demonstrate your cash handling abilities by processing transactions accurately and efficiently. 5. Use your knowledge of Symitar software to manage customer data and transactions. 6. Deliver a consistent and professional level of service within a call center environment. 7. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives. 8. Resolve customer issues and inquiries quickly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. 9. Continually update your knowledge of banking regulations and credit union policies to ensure compliance. 10. Provide feedback on customer interactions and issues to help improve our service delivery. Qualifications 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within the banking or finance industry. 2. Proven experience with Symitar software is highly desirable. 3. Strong customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. 4. Prior experience in a call center environment, handling inbound calls. 5. Demonstrated ability in account maintenance and cash handling. 6. Excellent cross-selling abilities, with a strong understanding of banking products and services. 7. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in all tasks. 8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers. 9. Sound knowledge of banking regulations and credit union policies. 10. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
