Digital Fraud Specialist

Job Description * Investigate Digital Banking fraud alerts * Communicate with other bank employees, financial institutions, account holders, and Corporate Security using phone, email, and pre-scripted letters * Complete tasks accurately and timely * Make decisions on routine issues and complete assigned tasks in accordance with company policy, department procedures and assigned approval limits * Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality * Other tasks as assigned Physical Requirements: * Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time * Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds *Position level dependent upon experience FNBT is an Equal Opportunity Employer
