An exciting opportunity awaits the Finance & Administration Assistant 60% based in Dübendorf, to join an impact-driven Start-up company immediately or by agreement. In this role, you will support the CFO and senior management with finance and administration activities for the Swiss holding company and German subsidiary.
Your mission
- Preparing and sending out sales invoices and following up on overdue balances
- Processing and payment of supplier invoices
- Month End / Year End preparation including stock and project profitability analysis
- Co-ordinating and communicating with our external Accountants in Germany / Switzerland
- Travel and event co-ordination
- General office management / co-ordination tasks
- HR support including co-ordinating interviews and onboarding new employees
You’re a perfect fit if you have ...
- An education in Accounting (EFZ Kaufmann / Kauffrau)
- Previous experience in Finance – (Debtor or Creditor management)
- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Very good German and mid-level English are required
