Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Financial Analyst to join our team in the Healthcare industry. This role involves developing, interpreting, and implementing financial concepts for financial planning, resource planning, and control of the organizational budget. The successful candidate will be expected to analyze and prepare recommendations for financial plans, including annual resource allocations, future requirements, and operating forecasts. Responsibilities: As a Consulting Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for the following: Utilizing your expertise in financial modeling and analysis to provide insights and recommendations. Implementing and managing financial systems such as Accounting ERP, AP, Payment Plus virtual pay program, and ERP implementation. Performing monthly reporting and budgeting tasks. Using advanced Excel skills to perform complex financial analysis, fiscal management, and financial reports. This includes using functions such as Vlookup and other FP&A tools. Working closely with various departments to ensure financial efficiency and compliance. Gathering and organizing financial data, and performing basic financial analysis assignments. Presenting financial information verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner. Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a finance or accounting-related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry. Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel. Experience with Accounting ERP, AP, Payment Plus virtual pay program, financial modeling, financial analysis, Ledger, ERP implementation, Budgeting, and FP&A. Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels within the unit. Strong service orientation and critical thinking skills. Ability to multi-task in a high volume environment and adapt to changing priorities. Knowledge and understanding of internal control practices and their impact on protecting University resources.
