Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in our company's growth and success. The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing all aspects of our financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures. Oversee all company accounts and investments. 2. Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts. 3. Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports. 4. Supervise and manage financial department staff, including accountants and financial assistants. 5. Motivate and lead finance team members by clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback. 6. Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing. 7. Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported. 8. Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation. 9. Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations. 10. Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports. 11. Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities. 12. Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies. 13. Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations. 14. Report to the CFO with timely and accurate financial information. 15. Assist the CFO in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification required. 3. 5 years of proven experience in a financial management role within the manufacturing industry. 4. Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles. 5. Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations. 6. Proficient user of finance software. 7. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. 8. Able to manage, guide, and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used. 9. Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP). 12. An analytical mind with a strategic ability. 13. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. 14.
