About the role

The FP&A Manager will lead planning and business partnering across the group. This role will play a critical part in driving the annual budget process and providing commercial insight to support commercial decision making across the business.
  
Duties/Key responsibilities

• Lead company-wide budgeting and forecasting processes
• Manage cash flow and performance KPIs across multiple sites
• Prepare monthly board reporting packs and investor materials
• Provide commercial analysis to identify growth opportunities

Skills and experience

• CA/CPA qualified with 10+ years’ experience in finance
• Strong FP&A and commercial finance background
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven ability to deliver insights that drive business outcomes
