Looking for a hands-on role with room to grow? Mazda of Dayton is hiring Automotive Lot Technicians to join our Sales Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door at our brand-new dealership and build a long-term career in the automotive industry.

As a Lot Technician, you�ll help keep our dealership running smoothly by maintaining the lot, moving vehicles, keeping customer areas tidy, fueling cars, and even clearing snow in the winter. You�ll work both inside and outside, making every day different and exciting!

What You Need to Succeed:

• Valid driver�s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stay active throughout your shift
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong work ethic and solid references
• Must be 18 years or older

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Previous experience as a Lot Technician (not required!)
• A keen eye for detail and organization
• Strong time management skills
