Competitive compensation Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) PTO paid holidays Opportunity to work in a mission-driven environment Collaborative and supportive team culture Job Details Key Responsibilities Manage and track grant funding in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports for grant-funded programs Monitor budgets and ensure proper allocation of grant expenses Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close processes Assist with audits and ensure compliance with grant requirements (OMB Uniform Guidance a plus) Collaborate with program managers to ensure proper financial tracking and reporting Maintain documentation and ensure readiness for internal and external audits Qualifications 3 years of accounting experience, with grant accounting preferred Strong understanding of GAAP and fund accounting principles Experience with federal or state grant compliance (OMB Uniform Guidance preferred) Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or similar) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple grants and deadlines simultaneously Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required Interested in hearing more?
