Description
- Execute the daily operations tasks for the device financial process
- Assist as needed with the BAU budget working with the corporate finance team
- Work with the procurement team to ensure knowledge of all contract changes
- Ensure financially impacting contract changes are appropriately tracked for requisitions/purchase orders
- Creation of BAU requisitions and purchase orders
- Maintain, execute, and improve monthly validation process
- Provide financial communication for local country billing
- Manage any invoice/payment questions or concerns
- Track all invoices and payments
- Track financial due dates and address failures/penalties
- Work directly with corporate finance team to ensure the proper invoicing charge codes are used
Qualifications- Financial accounting experience
- Proven experience in maintaining financial spreadsheets and budget
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience in excel-based financial modeling
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and listening.
- Actively promotes ideas, and manages change
- Comfortable in an environment with changing priorities, competing demands, and working with global teams located in different time zones
