Loan processing Associate

We are seeking an experienced Residential Mortgage Loan Processor with 5 years of experience in residential mortgage processing, specializing in title review, homeowners insurance (HOI), collateral documentation, and clearing lender-side loan conditions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ordering, reviewing, and verifying title, insurance, and appraisal documents, ensuring compliance with lender guidelines, and resolving outstanding loan conditions. Strong experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), mortgage pipeline management, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners is essential. The candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple loan files efficiently and ensure timely loan closings.
