What you’ll do: Lead tax due diligence and structuring work across domestic and cross-border M&A transactions Build and review transaction tax models Advise private equity, corporate, and strategic clients throughout the deal lifecycle Review and prepare technical tax analyses and memoranda Partner directly with senior leadership on client strategy, deal execution, and new business opportunities Review merger agreements and transaction documents from a tax perspective Support financial modeling and transaction-related tax projections Mentor and develop junior team members while staying actively involved in client work What we’re looking for: Experience in M&A / transactional tax (Big 4) Deep experience in tax due diligence, structuring, and transaction advisory work Strong understanding of domestic and international tax issues in M&A Why this opportunity stands out: Highly deal-centric role with direct client ownership Exposure to sophisticated M&A transactions across industries and jurisdictions Lean, senior-led team structure with real visibility and impact Strong compensation positioning relative to traditional Big 4 / Big Law track Flexible, modern work environment with remote-friendly structure Interested in hearing more?
