Key Responsibilities: Process and close mortgage loans, ensuring accuracy and compliance from start to finish Prepare Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures in accordance with regulatory timelines Maintain strong working knowledge of TRID & RESPA rules and regulatory requirements Manage a steady pipeline of loans Coordinate with third party companies to facilitate timely closings Who We're Looking For: Proven experience in mortgage loan processing and closing Strong understanding of early estimating and disclosure of costs Familiarity with compliance practices Comfortable in a role that values consistency, accuracy, urgency and teamwork Knowledge of mortgage operating systems and document prep software This job offers a supportive and professional work environment, competitive salary and benefits, and the chance to be part of a team that truly cares about the work and each other.
