As an Online Chat Representative at Northern Dental Group, you will be responsible for communicating with patients through our website's online chat feature. You will assist patients with inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide general information about our services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and respond to online chat inquiries from current and potential patients

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient needs and resolving any issues or concerns

- Schedule appointments and follow-up with patients as needed

- Educate patients about our services, fees, and insurance coverage

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all chat interactions

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience

- Stay up-to-date on industry news and changes to our services to provide accurate and timely information to patients

- Identify opportunities for improvement in the chat process and make recommendations to enhance the patient experience

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1 years of experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times

- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus

- Proficient in using online chat and other communication platforms

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
