Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and industrial sectors, is seeking an Operations & Accounting Analyst to join their team. As an Operations & Accounting Analyst, you will be part of the Finance department supporting operational and financial processes. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Operations & Accounting Analyst Location: Cincinnati, Ohio What's the Job? Ensure all receivables and payables are processed and reconciled accurately and timely to support audit readiness and operational integrity. Manage cash flow performance through proactive credit control and vendor management to support business stability and growth. Streamline month-end close processes by identifying inefficiencies and improving workflow for faster reporting. Transform operational data into insightful analyses to aid management decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with internal policies and standards. What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2–4 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or operations finance. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP or accounting systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
