Details: Position: Oracle Consultant - Payroll Client: Entertainment Location: New York, NY, 10036 Duration: 06 Months Contract Pay Range: $81 - 85/hr Benefits: The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, (paid time , paid sick and safe time , hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, paid holidays annually - AS Applicable) Required Qualifications: Proven experience in Payroll Operations, Shared Services, Payroll Accounting, or Payroll Systems Support Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Fusion, or similar ERP/HCM platforms Strong understanding of payroll accounting, payroll costing, and General Ledger reconciliation processes Advanced Excel skills, including large data analysis and reconciliation Critical Must-Have Skills: Advanced Excel skills Payroll accounting experience Data/account reconciliation experience Strong General Ledger (GL) knowledge Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud HCM exposure Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Nice to Have: Experience with large-scale ERP/HCM system conversions Entertainment/media industry experience Union payroll experience
