Develop governance standards, controls, and best practices across business units. Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for vendor onboarding processes. Partner with executive leadership to align vendor onboarding initiatives with Source-to-Pay objectives. Lead day-to-day operational oversight of the function while influencing cross-functional teams (this is a leadership role but not a direct people management position). Vendor Onboarding & Lifecycle Management Own the complete vendor lifecycle including onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding. Oversee vendor identification, documentation collection, compliance reviews, approvals, contract finalization, and ERP activation. Ensure accurate vendor master records including payment terms, banking details, tax documentation, and supplier information. Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize vendor onboarding. Supplier Master Data Management Maintain vendor master data integrity across Oracle Fusion and connected systems.
