Medical, dental, vision company pays 80%, 80 hours PTO and 80 hours sick time 401k eligible after 1 year Performance increase at 6 months if doing well Great company culture Job Details What You'll Be Doing: Process full cycle weekly payroll in house including calculating hours, deductions, overtime and adjustments Oversee job costing and cost code analysis, ensuring all labor costs are accurately allocated and reported. Maintain and manage cost codes Ensure compliance with prevailing wage and union regulations. Conduct regular reconciliation of payroll Manage workers' compensation and garnishments. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of payroll and job costing processes. Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual payroll and job costing reports. Collaborate directly with the Controller on reporting and accuracy What You Need: 4 years of hands on payroll processing experience Job costing and cost codes experience (construction industry) Experience with time card processing — both manual and electronic Local to the South Bay area, this is fully onsite 5 days a week Interested in hearing more?
