Temporary to Direct Hire, Payroll Administrator opportunity available in Yonkers, NY supporting a very well-known Construction Firm. This is a Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm position, fully onsite. Responsibilities: Process weekly union/non-union payroll in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain payroll records including deductions, garnishments, direct deposits, and tax withholdings. Reconcile payroll reports and investigate discrepancies. Assist with payroll audits, and preparation of payroll reports Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and timekeeping Collect Sign-In Logs and Timesheets. Ensure employee name, hours, and job site match company records. Resolve payroll-related matters Qualifications: Must have at least 4 years of Union Payroll experience Must have experience working within the Construction industry Strong understanding of payroll regulations and wage & hour laws High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills High level of accuracy and confidentiality Strong communication and teamwork skills
