Own full cycle weekly payroll in house, from calculating hours and overtime to deductions and adjustments 2. Lead job costing and cost code analysis, making sure labor costs are allocated accurately across active projects 3. Maintain and manage cost codes 4. Run regular payroll reconciliations to keep everything clean and accurate 5. Handle workers' compensation and garnishments 6. Bring fresh ideas to improve efficiency and accuracy across payroll and job costing processes 7. Prepare weekly, monthly and annual payroll and job costing reports 8. Work closely with the Controller as a true partner on reporting and accuracy What You Need: 4 years of hands on payroll processing experience Job costing and cost codes experience, construction industry preferred Comfortable with both manual and electronic time card processing Local to the South Bay area, this is a fully onsite role five days a week Interested in hearing more?
