Salary: £40,000 per annum, plus company benefits

Location: 2 Gresham St, London EC2V 7AD

Contract: Permanent, full time

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week worked Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm

Break: 1-hour lunch, unpaid

Work format: Fully onsite

Williams Lea is looking for a Presentation Specialist to join our team!

Purpose of the Role

The Presentation Associate is responsible for producing high-quality presentation materials for clients, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to the Bank’s corporate templates and brand guidelines. This role works closely with clients, Workflow Coordinators, and colleagues across the Presentation and Design teams to deliver visually compelling, polished presentations within agreed deadlines.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a consultative approach; taking ownership of each project from concept to completion. The Presentation Associate plays a key role in maintaining client satisfaction, managing competing priorities effectively, and fostering positive working relationships with both clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, format, and enhance client presentations using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
  • Ensure all materials meet established corporate standards for layout, accuracy, and branding
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of quality under tight deadlines
  • Proofread and edit content for grammar, spelling, and consistency
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team leads, and Workflow Coordinators regarding progress, deadlines, and issues
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver projects efficiently and resolve challenges proactively
  • Perform quality assurance checks on own work and others’ work when required
  • Troubleshoot basic software or hardware issues and escalate when necessary
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional client service

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with strong skills in Excel and Visio
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanour with the ability to remain composed under pressure

Job Duties

  • Use workflow tracking systems to log and manage all presentation requests
  • Review job specifications and ensure tasks are completed accurately throughout the project lifecycle
  • Design and format client materials, including pitch books, proposals, and marketing presentations
  • Apply established templates, styles, and design standards to maintain consistency across deliverables
  • Communicate regularly with Workflow Coordinators and clients to manage expectations and ensure timely delivery
  • Meet or exceed service delivery deadlines and performance targets
  • Maintain an organized, cost-efficient approach to using resources and supplies
  • Uphold all Williams Lea and client policies, ensuring compliance at all times
