An Excellent Opportunity for “Project Manager” to work with one of the Largest Global Bank in Jersey City, NJ Pay Range: $60/hr – $65/hr Job Description: Focus on program financials, supporting Tech leadership in program-wide activities (routines to pull together comprehensive program updates across the 3 projects and 10 workstreams), routines with CFO Change and ePMO. Role has funding via Initiative Coordinates and facilitates routines to support technology delivery –e.g .kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams. Facilitates dependency management/risk management /impediment removal for the defined deliverables. Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline. Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks /issues, and schedule. Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders. Tracks the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders and leadership. Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards. Supports resource planning and forecasting for delivery /execution Ability to manage complex project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong problem solving skills, excellent analytical and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations / reports and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills Project management, change management, PMO, or similar experience Knowledge / experience with large scale ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems a plus.
