Property Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Property Accountant / Staff Accountant to support full-cycle accounting for a growing portfolio of multifamily and commercial real estate properties. This is a highly systems-driven position requiring strong, hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager 7S and/or 8. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate property-level financial records, supporting month-end close, ensuring data integrity, and managing accounting activities across multiple entities and property types. Candidates with direct experience in both multifamily and commercial real estate accounting are strongly preferred.
