Real Estate Investment Associate

JSG is recruiting a Real Estate Investment Associate for a client in Wilmington, DE. In this full-time role, you'll work directly with senior executives on sourcing, underwriting, and closing high-impact transactions, gaining unparalleled exposure to all facets of the real estate investment lifecycle. Pay $110K depending on experience Required Skills: 2-3 years of investment experience in a commercial real estate investment firm. Expertise in Excel and Argus Enterprise Proficiency in financial modeling, underwriting, and market analysis Strong math and analytical skills with high attention to detail Familiarity with loan documents, partnership agreements, leases, and related legal documentation Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Argus Enterprise (beyond foundational knowledge) Exposure to due diligence, offering memorandums, and capital markets transactions Strong presentation and communication skills Prior experience training or mentoring junior team members Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, statistics, or related field 3 years of relevant commercial real estate finance experience Other Requirements: This position is 100% onsite at our Wilmington, DE office Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic Johnson Service Group, Inc.
