Duties & Responsibilities

They are currently looking for a Senior Accountant to join their finance team in Centurion. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced and detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working in a hands-on environment and taking responsibility for a broad range of accounting and payroll-related functions.
The successful individual will work closely with the finance team and management, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective financial controls and the smooth running of key accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting processes
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger reviews
Assist with month-end and year-end processes
Manage and process payroll-related functions
Ensure accurate payroll reconciliations and reporting

Job Experience and Skills Required:
BCom degree or relevant financial qualification
5+ years of relevant accounting experience
Experience on Pastel or Sage Payroll
