Senior Accounts Manager — Remote, Part-Time Position: Senior Accounts Manager Work Arrangement: Remote Employment Type: Part-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Manager to join our team on a part-time, fully remote basis. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to independently manage financial records and accounting operations. This role is well suited for an experienced accounting professional who can take ownership of day-to-day accounting responsibilities while providing accurate financial information and supporting business decision-making. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred. Several years of relevant accounting or financial management experience. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Experience with bookkeeping, reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing accounting functions for a small or growing business. Experience with cloud-based accounting systems. Experience preparing management reports and financial analysis. CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certification is a plus.
