Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Senior Audit Manager to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers the flexibility of remote work. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our audit practice, managing client relationships, and developing our staff. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing top-notch client services and building strong, long-lasting relationships. 2. Leading audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring all audits are conducted in compliance with established standards and regulations. 3. Evaluating and improving internal controls and processes, identifying potential areas of risk and implementing appropriate mitigating strategies. 4. Developing, mentoring, and training staff to enhance their skills and performance, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment. 5. Growing our audit practice by identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, and participating in business development initiatives. 6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information, providing assurance to stakeholders. 7. Keeping abreast of the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in auditing, continuously improving our audit methodology and procedures. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting. 2. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification. 3. Proven experience in leading audit engagements from planning to completion. 4. Strong knowledge of internal controls and risk management. 5. Exceptional client service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. 6. Demonstrated experience in staff development and team leadership. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and effectively. 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. 9. Proficiency in various accounting software and technologies. 10.
