Senior Compliance Accountant

Under the supervision of the Director of Business Services, performs structured, risk-based financial and programmatic monitoring of affiliate nonprofit organizations. The primary focus of the Compliance Accountant will be on Knowledge, Education, for Your Success (KEYS) as a subrecipient of the Homelessness Services Program (HSP) grant funds passed through by the Housing Authority. Ensures full compliance with grant requirements (including OMB Uniform Guidance/2 CFR 200 Standards, County compliance forms, and specific grant terms), safeguards use of funds, identifies risks early, and supports strong operational and financial alignment with development partner HPI and property management partner Reliant. Maintains detailed documentation, prepares summary reports, and serves as a key liaison for financial oversight, audit support, and performance tracking across affiliates.
