We’re looking for an experienced Senior Concept Designer who thinks in ideas first. Someone who can spot trends, create visually exciting concepts, and turn a blank canvas into a retail or experiential moment that wins pitches. This is not a standard studio‑design role, it’s concepting, moodboards, 3D thinking, trend‑spotting, and developing pitch‑winning ideas.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • 5+ years' in conceptual, experiential, retail, or environment design
  • Strong understanding of consumer journeys and spatial engagement
  • Passion for trends in beauty, cosmetics, lifestyle, and retail
  • Ability to sketch, storyboard, or 3D‑block ideas quickly
  • High creative energy and love for innovative thinking
  • Keen eye for premium‑looking, social‑media‑ready execution
