Location: Perth, WA
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 + Super + salary packaging

An opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to join a complex, values-driven organisation undergoing continued growth and transformation.

This role will suit a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with senior leaders, influencing decisions, and turning complex financial data into clear, actionable insight.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will act as a trusted advisor to multiple senior stakeholders, supporting strategic and operational decision-making across diverse service areas. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and financial modelling, while mentoring a small team of finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality financial insight, analysis and decision support to senior leaders
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis across multiple cost centres
• Deliver monthly and board-level financial reporting and commentary
• Support compliance, audit and statutory reporting requirements
• Build financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives
• Drive process improvement, automation and reporting enhancements (including BI tools)
• Coach and guide junior finance team members

About You

• CA or CPA qualified
• Proven experience in a senior finance business partnering or commercial finance role
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills
• Advanced Excel capability; experience with Power BI or similar tools advantageous
• Commercial, analytical and solutions-focused mindset
• Comfortable operating in a complex, fast-paced environment
