Senior Plant Financial Analyst

The Senior Plant Financial Analyst will support operations performance tracking, financial planning, and operational finance for Axalta’s manufacturing site. This role will be a partner to plant and operations leadership, providing financial insights, managing key projects, and driving continuous improvement in plant performance.

Key Responsabilities:

• Lead the monthly closing, reporting, and analysis of plant financial performance
• Partner with operations leadership to analyze production costs, variances, and KPIs, providing actionable insights to drive efficiency and cost reduction.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with plant and business objectives.
• Support inventory management, cycle country, and product costing
• Provide financial insights on capital investment projects, productivity initiatives, and cost optimization programs.
• Drive and support cross-functional projects related to operations plant efficiency improvement
• Continuously improve financial reporting, processes, and systems.
• Support digitalization transformation and S4 projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus.
• 3- 5 years of Finance experience, with Operations Finance or Manufacturing Finance background required.
• Advanced English
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP, SAP systems; knowledge of S4 / HANA, standard costing highly preferred.
