Competitive Base Salary Up to $150,000 (DOE) Profit-Based, Performance, and Sales Bonuses Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matching 401k, PTO Work-Life Balance: Manageable tax seasons averaging 51 hours/week, flexible work hours, generous PTO and holiday schedule In-Office Annual raises, ongoing professional development, and potential for advancement and so much more Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties Prepare federal and state tax returns, including Forms 1040, 1041, 1065, 1120S, and 1120 Consult with clients on tax planning and business strategies Prepare financial statements, including complex financial statements Perform financial reporting and financial accounting for a diverse client base Review tax positions and identify tax-saving opportunities for individual and business clients Support new client development and expansion of existing client relationships Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is the minimum education requirement. Active CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) license required. Minimum 5 years of full-time experience, with a focus on tax return preparation. Experience or strong background in individual, trust, partnership, S-corp, and C-corp tax compliance. Strong background in financial statement preparation, financial reporting, and financial accounting. Proven ability to prepare complex federal and state returns and deliver tax and business strategy recommendations to clients.
