Competitive Compensation based on experience (DOE) Direct involvement in portfolio management and investment strategy, not just compliance work Long-term career growth and advancement opportunities within a rapidly expanding firm Collaborative, professional in-office environment Be part of building something, this is a ground-floor opportunity with a firm that is actively scaling Job Details Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services for high-net-worth individuals, families, and closely held businesses Prepare, review, and oversee federal, state, and local tax filings Analyze financial statements to identify tax-saving opportunities and forward-looking planning strategies Collaborate with wealth advisors to integrate tax considerations into comprehensive financial plans Advise clients on retirement planning, estate planning, charitable giving, and business succession matters Research and interpret tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements Assist clients navigating tax notices, audits, and regulatory inquiries Develop and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and trusted guidance Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and firm policies Support firm growth through exceptional client service and strategic financial insight Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Active CPA license required Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in public accounting, tax planning, or financial advisory services Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, families, or business owners strongly preferred Familiarity with tax preparation and accounting software platforms Strong understanding of financial statements, tax strategy, and business financial management Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools Proven ability to manage client relationships with a high level of professionalism and discretion Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Interested in hearing more?
